How to Return or Exchange
Log in to Your Account
Go to "My Orders" and select the order containing the item you want to return or exchange.
Select Return/Exchange
Click on "Return" or "Exchange" button, select the reason, and provide any additional details if needed.
Schedule Pickup
Choose a convenient date and time slot for pickup. Our courier partner will collect the package from your address.
Quality Check & Refund
Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return/exchange, your item must:
- ✓Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- ✓Be unwashed, unaltered, and without any stains or damages
- ✓Have all original tags attached
- ✓Be in the original packaging
- ✓Be returned within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- • Discounted items during sale (above 40% off)
- • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- • Items with missing tags or in used condition
- • Customized or personalized items
Exchange Policy
Want a different size or color? No problem! Exchanges are subject to availability.
Exchange Delivery Timeline
Exchanges and replacements will be delivered within 5-7 Days from the date we receive your returned item at our facility.
Size Exchange: Free exchange for a different size if the item doesn't fit. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
Color Exchange: Exchange for a different color subject to availability.
Price Difference: If the exchanged item is priced higher, you'll need to pay the difference.
Delivery Timeline: Once your return is received and verified, the exchange item will be shipped and delivered to you within 5-7 days.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
Refund Timeline:
- • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- • UPI/Wallet: 3-5 business days
* Actual credit to your account may take additional 2-3 days depending on your bank
International Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy for International Orders
We accept returns from international customers, subject to the same conditions as domestic returns. However, please note the following important information:
International Return Process
Initiate Return
Follow the same return process as domestic orders. Log in to your account, select the order, and request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Quality Check
Once we receive the returned item at our facility in India, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days.
Refund Processing
Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please see currency implications below.
Currency & Refund Implications
Important Currency Information:
- Refund Currency: Refunds will be processed in the same currency in which the original payment was made (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP, INR).
- Exchange Rate Risk: If you paid in a currency other than INR, the refund amount will be based on the exchange rate at the time of refund processing, which may differ from the rate at the time of purchase.
- Conversion Fees: Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees. These fees are not refundable and are the customer's responsibility.
- Refund Timeline: International refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).
Example: If you paid $100 USD for an order and return it, you will receive a refund of $100 USD (minus any applicable fees). The equivalent amount in your local currency may vary based on current exchange rates.
Important Notes for International Returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for international orders
- Customs duties paid on import are generally not refundable
- Please ensure the package is properly declared for customs to avoid delays
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
- Return processing time may be longer due to international shipping
- Items must be returned to our facility in India within 7 days of delivery
International Exchange Policy
Exchanges for international orders follow the same policy as domestic orders, with the following considerations:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs
- If the exchange item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method
- Exchange delivery timeline: 10-20 business days after we receive your return
